Mindfulness is utilized to develop self-knowledge and wisdom that gradually lead to what is described as enlightenment or the complete freedom from suffering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-x-large-font-size wp-elements-587e019d0f70a80da299ce5e94bf516d\" style=\"color:#1e1658\"><strong>Who Should Practice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-x-large-font-size wp-elements-67885f23c8b514a59763b4dad5883b94\" style=\"color:#1e1658;line-height:0.2\"><strong> Mindfulness?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone can do mindfulness practice. There are no barriers. It doesn\u2019t matter how old you are, what your physical ability is, if you\u2019re religious or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindfulness is not obscure or exotic. It\u2019s familiar to us because it\u2019s what we already do, how we already are. It takes many shapes and goes by many names.We all already have the capacity to be present, and it doesn\u2019t require us to change who we are. But we can cultivate these innate qualities with simple practices that are scientifically demonstrated to benefit us in many ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large
